Returns & Refunds Policy

At Broth Capital, we take pride in delivering broth that is fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Because our products are perishable, there are specific rules around returns and refunds.
❌ No Returns for Perishable Goods
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any food products once they have been delivered.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@brothcapital.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will either issue a replacement in the next delivery cycle, or a refund to your original payment method.
🕒 Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the delivery location and no safe place has been arranged, deliveries cannot be refunded due to the perishable nature of broth.
🔄 Subscription Cancellations

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before Thursday 12:00 midday for the following Monday delivery.

Payments already processed after the cut-off cannot be refunded.
⚠️ Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by factors outside of our control (traffic, severe weather, courier issues). We will always try our best to keep you informed.
