Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across select London postcodes, directly to office addresses. We’re expanding soon, stay tuned! Please feel free to reach out by emailing hello@brothcapital.com to enquire for the delivering to the office in your area.
How should I store my broth?
Keep refrigerated. Our broths arrive chilled in sealed stand-up pouches. Once opened, consume within 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
Are your broths suitable for special diets?
Yes! Our broths are keto and paleo-friendly, naturally gluten-free, and free from additives or preservatives.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before 12pm Thursday.
Why is bone broth good for you?
Bone broth supports gut health, joint mobility, skin elasticity, and immune function. It’s also a satisfying source of clean, easy-to-digest protein and minerals. See our "Broth Benefits" section for more!
Do your broths contain allergens?
Our broths are made from bones, vegetables, herbs, and sea salt. No nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy. However, they are produced in a kitchen that may handle other ingredients, so please contact us directly if you have severe allergies.
How does the subscription work?
We offer flexible weekly and monthly broth subscriptions. Sign up before 12pm Thursday to receive your fresh delivery the following Monday. Choose your preferred blend, format, and frequency.
What’s in your broths?
We use organic, free-range bones and vegetables sourced from trusted British suppliers. Our broths are slow-simmered for 16 hours to extract maximum nutrients, collagen, and flavour.
Can I return broths?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we’re unable to offer refunds on delivered items. However, if something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll always try to make it right.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery is free within our current office delivery zones. Additional charges may apply for out-of-zone requests.
What’s the difference between beef & chicken broth?
Both are nourishing, but beef broth tends to be richer in collagen and minerals, while chicken is lighter and gentler on digestion. Choose one or mix them up depending on your needs.
Can I amend the items in my selected subscription
Once the order is made you can not change the items. However, please cancel the current subscription and set up a new subscription with the desired products.
