Delivery Policy

At Broth Capital, every batch of broth is freshly simmered on Sundays and delivered chilled to your office or home on Mondays within our current delivery zones.

📍 Delivery Area

We currently deliver to Central London and Canary Wharf postcodes only. Please check our postcode checker at checkout to confirm we cover your address.

📦 Delivery Schedule

  • Orders must be placed by Thursday, 12:00 midday to receive delivery the following Monday.

  • Deliveries take place on Mondays between 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

  • If you are not available to receive delivery, your broth will be left at reception, or a safe place where possible.

❄️ Storage & Shelf Life

  • Our broths are un-pasteurised and fresh, which means they must be kept refrigerated at 0–12°C upon delivery.

  • Consume within 3–5 days of delivery.

💷 Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are included in your subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., re-delivery attempts outside of schedule) will be communicated before processing.

🚚 Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order and no safe drop-off has been specified, we cannot guarantee re-delivery on the same day. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of broth, missed deliveries are non-refundable.

🔄 Subscription Deliveries

  • Subscriptions renew weekly/monthly according to the plan you select.

  • You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription before the Thursday 12:00 midday cut-off.

⚠️ Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, extreme weather, courier disruption). If this happens, we will do our best to notify you and deliver as soon as possible.
