Welcome to Broth Capital. By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to ensure a smooth, fair and transparent experience for everyone. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@brothcapital.co.uk.

1. Customer Status

By ordering from Broth Capital, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years of age.

  • You are purchasing as a consumer (not on behalf of another business).

  • You understand our products are perishable and require refrigeration upon delivery.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices listed include VAT (if applicable).

  • Payments are securely processed at checkout via Stripe.

  • Subscription payments are charged based on the plan selected (Weekly Flex or Month of Broth).

  • We reserve the right to update prices, delivery zones, or product offerings, but will always honour pricing at the time of your confirmed order.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries take place every Monday to office addresses within our service area.

  • Orders must be confirmed by Thursday 12pm to guarantee Monday delivery.

  • Broth Capital is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • We advise customers to refrigerate their broths immediately upon delivery.

4. Lost or Stolen Deliveries

  • If a delivery is confirmed as completed by our courier but is not located at the delivery point, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

  • We recommend ensuring your office has a safe delivery area or fridge to avoid any issues.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours if you believe your order is missing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our broths:

  • We are unable to accept returns once products have been delivered.

  • Refunds are only available in cases where products are proven to be damaged or spoiled on arrival.

  • If you experience an issue, please contact us with a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order.

6. Damaged or Broken Products

  • If a pouch or jar is damaged in transit, we will offer a refund or replacement.

  • Please notify us immediately with a clear photo and order details.

  • We may request the damaged product be returned for quality assurance.

7. Rectification Policy

  • If an incorrect product or quantity is delivered, we’ll work quickly to make it right.

  • Please report any order issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our goal is always to deliver the exact items you selected in excellent condition.

8. Subscription Pauses, Changes or Cancellations

  • You may pause or cancel your Weekly Flex subscription any time before Thursday 12pm.

  • The Month of Broth subscription runs for 4 consecutive weeks and is non-refundable once started, though delivery addresses can be updated.

  • Changes made after the weekly deadline apply to the following week.

9. Events Outside Our Control

  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, courier strikes, supply issues).

  • We will always communicate clearly and seek fair resolutions where possible.

10. Errors or Omissions

  • While we strive to ensure accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or imagery may occur.

  • We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel any affected orders before dispatch, with a full refund if necessary.

11. Liability & Indemnity

  • Broth Capital is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses relating to use or consumption of our products.

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

  • While all ingredients are clearly listed, we cannot guarantee against trace allergens from supplier facilities.

  • By purchasing from Broth Capital, you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from misuse, storage failure, or failure to follow delivery or consumption instructions.

12. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain fully enforceable.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.
