  • 1. Subscriptions & Billing

    Month of Broth Plan
    You pay upfront for 4 consecutive weekly deliveries and receive 10% off the total price. No refunds are issued once the first week’s order is processed.

    Subscription Pauses
    Email hello@brothcapital.co.uk by Thursday 12pm to pause the following Monday’s delivery. We do not offer credit or rollovers if you miss this window.

    2. Delivery Terms
    We currently deliver to select office postcodes within central London only. You will be notified if your address falls outside of our delivery zone.

    Deliveries are made every Monday between 8am–1pm.

    If no one is available to accept delivery, the order may be left at reception or in a designated fridge, depending on your office policy.

    3. Refund Policy
    Due to the perishable nature of bone broth, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a delivery has been made.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt at hello@brothcapital.co.uk with photo evidence. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

    4. Packaging Format
    All broths are delivered in sealed stand-up pouches (400ml per pouch).

    We recommend refrigerating broth immediately upon delivery.

    5. Dietary Disclaimer
    Our broths are made from real bones, vegetables, herbs and spices. While we avoid allergens like nuts or dairy, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. Please check the ingredients list or contact us before ordering if you have specific dietary concerns.
